Key Duties and Responsibilities

Be fully trained in all spa services and treatmentsproduct knowledge, and services being able to guide and assist guests with anyspa information and assistance as per resort standards.

Have full knowledge of the spa system software,monitor and report on daily and future scheduled appointments.
充分了解水療系統軟件,監督并報告每日及日后的行程安排。
Monitor and supervise receptionist on day workprocedures.
檢查并管理接待員的日常工作情況。
Ensure receptionist performedaccording to spa service standard. Co-operate with reception sales inquiriesmatters at the spa boutique.
確保接待員遵照水療服務標準進行工作,在預定與銷售事件上與接待相互合作。
Perform Spa Retail area introductionto guest that arrive to the spa for treatments when is needed.
需要的情況下向前來做理療的賓客進行產品展示柜的介紹。
Perform duties of receptionist if needed.
如有需要的話自己要做好接待。
Sell retail and up-sell treatmentand spa packages. Model and teach selling skills to the staff.
銷售零售產品及護理項目及水療套餐,并讓員工了解其中所存在的銷售技巧。
Update correctly guest history filesas per resort standards.
