1.To manage the Human Resources Department, ensuringcompliance with all Hotel policies & procedures, and local governmentregulations pertaining to employment practice.

2.To develop a Human Resources Strategic plan inalignment with the Hotel’s business plan.

4.To review personnel policies, procedures andpractices and recommend improvements to Management.

1.Develop, direct and oversee overall hotelrecruitment and hiring activities strategies for all Expat and National Expatpositions.
