1、Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa area are Carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
確保通過有效的管理使得SPA的所有服務都能達到最大的專業及效率;
2、Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
監督及管理所有日常運作事項;
3、Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.
保持及加強良好內外關系達到客人滿意度;
4、Oversees the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they do the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
監督部門服務標準,確保達到或超出客人所預期的;
5、Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget.
參與準備部門年度預算;
6、Ensure that expenses are in line, or below with Department's Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.
確保部門開支得當,嚴格控制部門預算及成本,減少支出;
7、Ensure all subordinates present a professional image and pleasant disposition to enhance guests experience at all times.
確保員工向客人傳達專業的印象和友善的氣質增加滿意度;
8、Build an efficient and productive team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development and through effective counseling.
關心員工福利、安全、培訓、發展及通過有效交流,建立效能、多產的員工團隊;
9、Ensure that all associates have complete understanding of the Hotel's policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
確保員工對溫泉部門及酒店的規章制度、政策、程序都全面的了解;
10、Conduct orientation program and training courses for new associates and regular “refresher” course for existing associates.
為新員工進行入職培訓課程;對現有員工定期做進修課程。
【Knowledge and Experience 知識和經驗】
· College and above
大專及以上
· 5 Years of related experience
相關工作經驗5年及以上
· Good local and English language skills

Spa Manager 水療中心經理
1.Lead and motivate AWAY Spa talent to a level of service which exceedsall guest expectations by facilitating team work and ensuring all duties areperformed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.

5.Act in accordance with all policies, personnel policies, AWAY Spapolicies and procedures including all health and sanitary regulations Provideoptimum service through talent training, coaching, feedback and ensuringadequate talent levels.

6.In charge of the preparation of yearly operating budget, monthly P&Lanalysis, relevant business plan and promotion plan as well.
負責編寫水療及康樂的年度經營預算、月度損益分析、經營計劃制定及相關促銷活動計劃推廣等。
